We are Obvia.

 

We’re a channel that’s dedicated to combatting disinformation in the fight for a better-informed Republic of Moldova. You’ll find us on Facebook, Instagram, and right here, on our website.

 

On our channels you’ll find examples of disinformation and the sources that spread it. You’ll also learn tips and tricks for spotting and countering disinformation when you find it online.

 

 

Why are we here?

Moldova has become a disinformation battleground for larger and more influential nations, due to its geographic position and political situation.

 

This is why everyone must do their bit to fight back before we wake up one morning and realise that Moldova has changed without people noticing or wanting it.

 

It’s not about choosing sides or politics. It’s about choosing to say: “You can’t fool me. I can make up my own mind.”
